Whistlestop Tour of Rome and Geneva

H3 Creation Team Member Alison Dace Tells All

I've just got back from a whistlestop tour of Rome and Geneva as part of the H3 project, a team of six international stylists dedicated to developing and sharing the latest fashion trends and most inspirational cutting and styling techniques.

First stop Rome, to train 120 H3 Experts at a 3 day event. I was accompanied by 2 of my colleagues from the 6 strong H3 Creation Team, Oscar Guinea from Spain and Olaf van den Wildenburg from Holland. We had a great trip, lots of laughs, intense education and of course gorgeous Italian cuisine, but no time to shop... how rude!!!!

Next stop, Geneva, to train the Swiss H3 Experts. We were greeted by tonnes of snow, and it did cross my mind that perhaps we would get stranded and I would be able to enjoy some skiing, it wasn't to be though! So back to work. The energy and eagerness from the Swiss team was infectious, which made the 2 days of training great fun. We had an intense agenda, getting through 9 cuts and 12 styling options. We then concluding the training with an amazing H3 show, giving us the opportunity to showcase the collection of trends and introduce the newly trained Swiss H3 E Experts to a highly excited audience of 1,000 hairdressers, what a blast!
